Born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil… 1980.
Vania (Chef Van) started cooking with only 10 years old. Living with their grandparents in a farm at a very young age, she could learn not only about cooking but also the importance and the beauty of farm to table.
At the age of 18 she opened her first pop up restaurant and since them has been working with the same passion.
Gathering knowledge from other chefs and the most important, learning from clients.
Catering to small and big events, offering personal chef services for special moments of so many people.
Chef Van with her experience is always open to discuss the menus. She has the special you, your special guests, your family in mind when choosing every ingredient. With the only wish to make your special ocasion memorable.
